I am a professional in business and marketing with more than ten years of professional experience, I am a motivated and progress-oriented person. I have carried out activities in administrative positions in the logistics, marketing, commercial areas in social projects of different NGOs, management and planning throughout my career. Initiative and innovation have always been part of my profession, and I have developed and executed strategies that I believe will add great value to those people or organizations with whom I work.

Throughout my working life, I have honed my quality focus and teamwork skills. I apply intelligence to problem solving and am able to competently prioritize and manage complex projects.

Logistics Coordinator

As logistics coordinator I was in charge of managing the logistics department of the company, as well as the warehouse work team and the various administrative activities related to the position. My main function was focused on the logistics department working in a synchronized way and normally. Controlling, among other activities, inventory control, warehouse processes and activities, transportation and distribution, product traceability, reverse logistics, incident attention, quality documentation, management of management reports, communication with the commercial area, international purchases, billing.

Commercial and marketing administrative

My main functions as a commercial administrator focused on supporting the different departments of the organization from commercial and marketing management activities, processing internal quality and production documents, administrative management of commercial processes, documentation of activities, organization of events, preparation and follow-up of proposals, relationship with clients, attention to incidents, control of hostesses and vendors, inventory control in large stores, communication axis between the logistics, commercial and foreign trade area.

Divergente Fundación (2017 a 2018)

Within Divergente I developed multiple activities as manager of social and qualitative projects in different communities at risk of social exclusion. One of my main objectives was to optimize technical, human and economic resources for the correct execution of my own projects and international collaboration. My task consisted of anticipating and correcting possible problems, coordinating, delegating and guiding all those administrative and logistical actions to achieve the expected results.
